Account Deletion

At TechSent Studios, we respect your privacy and provide full control over your 1Touch Puzzle account. You can request to delete your account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1: Delete via App (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly through the 1Touch Puzzle application:

Launch 1Touch Puzzle.
Go to the Profile screen.
Tap the Delete Account button.
Tap the Delete button on pop-up box
New pop-up box will open, type the Delete in the input field.
Tap on Confirm Delete.
Your account will be deleted from our database.

Option 2: Request via Email

If you no longer have the app installed, you can request deletion by emailing us at support@techsent.com. Please include your registered email address or Google Play ID. Requests are typically processed within 48-72 hours.

What happens when you delete your account?

Upon deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:

Your profile information (Name, Email, Profile Picture URL).
All game progress, including cleared levels and stars earned.
In-game currency balances (Coins, Hints, Skips, Solves).
Global leaderboard entries and rankings.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
